7th Grade:
Monday's homework--
1) Get your numbers test signed by a parent and returned to me for our next class, Friday.
2) Question and answer flashcards due Friday.
3) Worksheet 7 due Friday.

Friday--worksheet activity B is due Tuesday.

8th Grade:
Homework due Tuesday 10/18:

1) Show your verb test to a parent and get it signed for Tuesday 10/18.

2) Reread your skeleton oral presentation rubric and write your rough draft of what you will say in Spanish for Tuesday 10/18. Either write neatly and SKIP LINES or type and DOUBLE SPACE!

Use the project timeline I gave you to stay on track (See day 1)!!!

Tuesday's homework-- (see day 2 of project timeline) work on your skeleton. Note: You may want to bring index cards to class on Thursday.

Thursday-- (see day 3 of project timeline) You will get your rough draft back today. Make corrections. Finish your skeleton. Practice and prepare for your presentation on Monday (Spanish 8-2 and 8-3) and on Wednesday (Spanish 8-1 only).

6-1 and 6-3: No class this week-- 8th grade NECAP testing.

6-3:

Homework--wordsearch due Friday. Friday's hw: 1) Answer the questions in your notebook on el Dia de los Muertos. 2)Notebooks will be collected to be graded next Friday--make sure all of your papers are glued in there and are completed.

7th Grade:

Monday--worksheet 36 is due. Tonight's hw--number review 2-sided worksheet due Wednesday.

Wednesday--study your notes, my blog practice activities, and your practice quiz for the numbers test on Friday. Know #'s 0-200 for a "3".

Friday--Test today. Tonight's homework--finish classwork crossword for Tuesday.

8th Grade:

Tuesday-- Conjugation packet 55 is due today. Tonight's homework-- study your notes, my blog practice activities, and your practice quiz for the verb conjugation quiz on Thursday. You must memorize your -ar,-er and-ir verb endings!

Thursday--Test today! Tonight's homework--finish classwork for next Friday.

6-1/6-2:

Practice with pronunciation practice activities on my blog. This week's homework--1) Practice the meeting someone new dialog and continue with the pronunciation practice activities on my blog. 2) finish the greetings paper in your notebook--due next class.

7th Grade Thursday-- 1) worksheet 36--write out all numbers!!--due Monday. 2) Test on the numbers next Wednesday or Friday. Practice with some of the online links on my blog.

8th Grade Monday: 8-2--finish the bottom of the verb conjugation notes for Wednesday. 8-1 and 8-3--no homework tonight.

All 8th grade classes extra-credit assignment-- VISUALLY represent the Spanish subject pronouns--this can be as a powerpoint, poster, or video. This may be completed for either Wednesday or Friday.

8th Grade:

Tuesday--Your dia de la independencia questions worksheet is due today. Tonight's homework-- 1) Revise your quien soy yo? homework for Thursday. Remember that this was a graded homework assignment. Your 1st draft must be stapled to your revision.

Thursday--There is no homework tonight.

Monday-- Your Quien soy yo? writing assignment is due today. Remember, this will be a communication grade and must be handed in Wednesday if you did not have it for today. Tonight's homework--geography packet due Wednesday.

Wednesday--1) equipos mixtos worksheet and 2) bring in a pack of post-it notes for Friday. Note: If you didn't have it for Monday, your Quien soy yo writing assignment must be handed in today!

Friday--Ordinal numbers packet is due Tuesday.

7th Grade:
Tuesday--2-sided worksheet 12/13 (including #'s 22-28) is due today. Tonight's hw--en camino B packet due Thursday.

Thursday-- The geography test has been postponed until Wednesday. Study your capital flashcards, and the online practice activities--we'll have a practice test on Monday!

Thursday-- Quien soy yo? writing assignment due Monday. Note: you will get a communication grade for this assignment (see your handout).

7th Grade:

Wednesday: You should have your book covered with a paper bag and decorated with words and pictures related to Spanish, a 3-ring binder, and your geography fact sheet completed for today.

Tonight's Homework: 1) label your five 3-ring binder sections (see your handout). 2) cut out your country/capital flashcards and study them for Friday.
